I went with a group of friends to PiDGiN for dinner. We contemplated doing the tasting menu, but decided to just order a bunch of dishes and share. It worked out to about the same price, and we got to pick what we wanted, and I think we tried more dishes this way.

We started off with cocktails, I had the “Idle Hands” which contains pisco, lime, vanilla sugar and kaffir lime leaf. It was really nice, smooth and the flavours were well integrated:
